Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this new image release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
